Book the Birthday Package and enjoy a special discounted rate if a guest is celebrating their birthday during their birthday month. Simply present the birthday star’s ID at check-in, and our butler will verify it. As a heartfelt gesture, the birthday star can also collect a special gift from our concierge at the 1st floor counter.

3. 2F JÒHŌ Ja Kitchen (07:00~12:00)
   • Breakfast at JÒHŌ Ja Kitchen is served in a semi-buffet style with a variety of set menus., offering a selection of exquisite Western cuisine.
   • Please confirm whether your room type includes breakfast when booking.
   • The latest entry time for breakfast is 11:00 AM, and each guest is allowed one-time entry to the restaurant.
   • For guests without breakfast included or for visitors who wish to purchase breakfast, please contact the hotel front desk or call in advance to make a reservation.
4. 2F JÒHŌ Ja Lounge (14:00~21:00)
   • All guests with a room reservation can access the JÒHŌ Ja Lounge unlimited times with their room key.
   • Enjoy a variety of delicate savory and sweet snacks and beverages at the JÒHŌ Ja Lounge from 14:00 to 21:00. Hot meals are available from 15:00 to 19:00.
   • Enjoy a tipsy Happy Hour (18:00~19:00). Sunday to Friday with free-flowing wine, and on Saturdays, indulge in crafted cocktails by our professional Concierge.
   • This exclusive service is free for in-house guests. Visitors may purchase access by pre-arranging with the hotel front desk or calling in advance.
   • Each visitor is limited to one-time entry to the lounge per purchase.
5. RF JÒHŌ Kang Guest-exclusive facilities and services (06:30~23:00)
   • Sky Gym, Sky Garden and Lounge.
   • A 24-hour water dispenser is available for guest convenience.
   • This space is exclusively free for in-house guests. Visitors may purchase access by pre-arranging with the hotel front desk or calling in advance.
   • Each visitor is limited to one-time entry per purchase.

Read before making reservation

1. Single-Use Amenities: From December 1st, 2024, the hotel will no longer proactively provide single-use hygiene items, and from January 1st, 2025, these items will be fully discontinued. Guests are encouraged to bring their own or inquire at the hotel for alternatives.
2. Weekdays, Peak Days, Holidays Definitions: Weekdays are defined as Monday to Thursday; Peak Days are Friday and Sunday; Holidays include Saturdays and national holidays (including New Year's and high-demand accommodation dates). Rates may fluctuate, so guests are advised to check the hotel’s official website for updates.
3. Parking Service: The hotel offers a tower-style automated parking system with limited capacity. Advance reservations are required, as requests in online booking notes do not guarantee a spot. Guests using nearby paid parking may receive reimbursements of up to NT$200/day (Sunday to Friday) or NT$250/day (Saturday) with a valid receipt.
4. Child Accommodation: One child (6 years or younger) can stay for free per room without an extra bed (breakfast not included). Baby cribs, bottle sterilizers, bed rails, and baby bathtubs are available by advance reservation due to limited supply.
5. Extra Bed Service: An inflatable single bed (99cm x 191cm) is available for an additional guest. Standard Double Room and Deluxe Quad Room do not support extra beds due to space limitations. Advance reservations are recommended as availability is limited.
6. Booking Payment: Online bookings require credit card details for guarantee only. Charges are applied only at check-in, except during the Lunar New Year period. Payment can be made with cash or an alternative credit card upon check-in.
7. Room Styles & Floor Preference: The hotel offers three unique room styles-Fortune Room, Prosperity Room and Longevity Room. Room floor assignments are determined based on availability at check-in, and the hotel cannot guarantee specific floors or room styles. Guests who have preferences for room style or floor may include their requests in the booking notes or call the hotel in advance.
8. Room Decoration Service: The hotel provides customizable room decoration services for special occasions like birthdays and romantic. Guests can also order cakes from Kaohsiung's renowned Opera Patisserie to enhance their celebrations. To ensure proper arrangements, guests are advised to call the hotel at least 3 days before check-in to schedule decorations or place a cake order. The hotel will do its best to meet guest requests for a memorable experience.
